Transport Mobility Planning RFP
Philadelphia Soccer 2026 (PS2026) is seeking proposals for the development and support of a comprehensive Transport and Mobility Plan in preparation for FIFA World Cup 26™. The plan should include a transportation needs assessment, operational strategies, staffing concepts, and an implementation roadmap, with a focus on enhancing fan experience, leveraging data and technology, and generating lasting regional impact. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the RFP, with ongoing input from PS2026, the City of Philadelphia, and local agencies.
